Tuna Fish Masala

This is a dry to semi-dry preparation packed with spices, ideal for serving with roti, chapati, or rice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna (drained)
  • finely chopped onions
  • ginger-garlic paste
  • tomatoes
  • green chilies
  • curry leaves
  • red chili powder
  • garam masala
  • turmeric
  • lime juice

Instructions

  • Add oil then onions
  • ginger-garlic, and green chilies cook until brown
  • Add tomatoes and spices
  • cooking until mushy
  • Add the drained tuna on low heat for 5-10 minutes until dry
  • Finish with fresh coriander and lemon juice.
